To make our most habitual, staple food "Bhakari", enriched with goodness of proteins & fibers, add Combograins Ahaar Premix to your regular bhakari flour in equal quantity, i.e.1 : 1. You can add this premix to parathas, handavo, regular batter of idali, dosa, uttappam to add nutrition, without compromise in taste.
Combograins Ahaar Bhakari
For one bhakari take 5 to 6 table spoons (50 to 60 gms) of Combograins Ahaar premix. Add a pinch of salt for taste (optional). Add water slowly to make a soft dough and prepare bhakari. Milk can also be used to soak this premix, which will add more proteins and give awesome taste to your bhakari. You can enjoy this nutritious and tasty bhakari with any vegetable / raita / chutney / fresh homemade curd and let your health be a part of your daily meal.
Combograins Ahaar Thalipith
The evergreen, chatpata Maharashtrian Thalipith can be prepared using Combograins Ahaar premix. You can add chopped onion, garlic (optional), coriander & green leafy vegetables like Methi, Palak, Spring Onion or Sprouts. Add water slowly to prepare a soft dough. Combograins Ahaar Ukad / Upama
You can prepare this Indian traditional recipe by adding fresh buttermilk or some curd to Combograins Ahaar premix. Prepare a batter, add some oil to pan and prepare tadka by adding rai, green chillies, curry leaves, hing. Pour the batter & cover for 2-3 mins. Add salt & a pinch of sugar (optional). Garnish with some fresh coriander & get a perfect combo of all essential nutrients along with tangy yummy taste. Combograins Ahaar Dosa / Ghavan
To prepare crispy Dosa / Ghavan as a breakfast or snacks dish, add some wheat flour / besan, salt & curd to Combograins Ahaar premix. Mix well & keep the mixture covered for 10-15 mins. Prepare mouth watering Dosas / Ghavans and enjoy with different traditional chutneys to add more nutrition.
Combograins Ahaar ladoo
Take 2 katories Combograins Ahaar premix, 1/2 katori dry date powder, 1/2 katori dates, 2 Tsp peanut butter, 2 Tsp Cow Ghee & 15-20 Black raisins lightly roasted flax seeds (Javas ) On low flame roast Combograins Ahaar premix for 5 minutes. Mix and grind dry dates powder, dates, peanut butter and flax seeds. Then slowly add Combograins Ahaar premix, mix well and roll small ladoos. All age groups in the family get benefited with proteins, minerals and energy from this recipe. A must try recipe for your mid meals, to make them full of nutrients.
Note: These ladoos are made without using sugar or jaggery, so even Diabetics can have them once in a while in breakfast.
