The name itself speaks my noble intention of providing the core nutrients on daily basis … yes, we all need proteins, good quality carbs (complex carbs), fibers, calcium, iron, micronutrients & antioxidants 24 x 7 to run our body systems & organ health in a good manner. Nutrients are the sincere employees which manage our health on daily basis …. Only if we add them in our food… there is no other source for their supply!!!
Keeping this key point in consideration and after going through eating patterns and habits of hundreds of patients, health conscious people during my diet consultations, I realized that nutrition should be added in staple food, means the food dishes which we eat daily and which are a part of our life … So that it will become convenient to take care of our health … isn’t it?
We have an enriched varied food culture in India, the only thing that need to be added is “approach”… An approach to add nutrition, plan a healthy meal by slight modification of traditional food dishes. Nityaposhanam has done the same thing for you.
