Calcium Rich Thalipith
For two medium sized Thalipiths take approximately 120 gm of Calcium Ahaar Pre-Mix. Add fresh coriander, onion and any other vegetable like grated cucumber / grated carrot / grated bottle gourd (dudhi) / any leafy vegetable (this is optional but adding vegetable will increase nutritional value of your food) and mix well. Add water slowly to prepare Thalipith Dough. Do not add salt as it is already there in the pre-mix. Prepare Thalipith, roast well and enjoy with fresh curd or raita or green chutney and get satisfaction of taste with real health.
Calcium Rich Idli / Dosa
The most favourite Indian breakfast Idli / Dosa can be enriched with calcium now. Take regular idli / dosa batter and add one fourth quantity of Calcium Ahaar Pre-Mix to it. Mix well & keep the batter covered for 20 mins. Adjust consistency by adding little amount of water. Prepare calcium rich idlis / dosas and get connected with nutrition science.
Calcium Rich Cutlets
Take boiled and smashed potatos, grated beet root / carrot / red pumpkin, cumins seeds powder, coriander seeds powder, garam masala, chat masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic green chilli paste, suji / rice flour, little sugar (optional) and Calcium Ahaar Pre-Mix, salt (this pre-mix already contains salt, add additional salt accordingly.) Mix all ingrediants well and knead the dough. Roll out cutlets of your favourite shape, marrinate with Suji or Oats powder and shallow fry them on medium flame. These cutlets are not only tasty but also enriched with natural Calcium, Proteins, Vitamin A and Iron. This delicious cutlet will make you realize that diet food also has good taste.
Calcium Rich Muthiya
Take finely chopped methi leaves (fenugreek), tamarind pulp, little jaggery, some wheat flour, Calcium Ahaar Premix, little salt (this pre-mix already contains salt so add accordingly), a pinch of hing. Mix all the ingredients in warm water and knead the dough. Prepare a roll and steam it for 15 mins in a oil greeced vessale. Cut the roll into small pieces. Prepare Indian tadka (by adding rye, cumine seeds, sessame seeds, curry leaves, turmeric & pinch of hing. Saute the steamed pieces in this tadka on low flame. Add fresh coriander & serve. This dish is recommended for breakfast or evening snacks to meet daily nutrient needs.
Calcium Rich Pakode
Take Calcium Ahaar Pre-Mix and add some rice flour, chickpea flour (besan) or moong daal flour, coriander, chopped onion and little salt (this pre-mix already contains salt so add accordingly). Prepare delicious pakodas nutrified with calcium and make this traditional recipe enriched with nutrition.
